Please refer to the following guidelines when selecting the size of the Multi Protect Suit:

• The fabric is highly stretchable. Choosing a size that is too large may result in excess fabric around the sleeves, legs, and body, affecting the fit.
• For body length, we recommend selecting a size that fits well or is slightly shorter. For dogs with a standard body shape, the fabric's elasticity can generally accommodate an additional 5–6 cm (2–2.4 in) in length.
• Please ensure that the neck and chest areas are not too tight, and use the recommended weight as a general guide when choosing a size.
• For short-haired breeds such as the Jack Russell Terrier (Smooth Coat), we recommend choosing a snug fit or a slightly smaller size rather than a larger one.

• Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not leave the product wet in an enclosed space for an extended period, as color transfer may occur.

• We do not accept exchanges, including size exchanges, as a general rule.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Once we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.
• Return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons, including size issues, fitting problems, change of mind, or differences in image or color.
• Refunds are only available when we determine that a refund is necessary due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• Size exchanges are not accepted, so please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
