Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Shipping Methods
Tokyo Pet Style utilizes trusted domestic and international shipping carriers.
The shipping method and carrier are selected based on the destination, package size, product category, and service availability.
We reserve the right to change shipping carriers without prior notice when necessary.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Tokyo Pet Style shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or government authorities.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Tokyo Pet Style is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees incurred.
Any eligible refund will be issued after such costs have been deducted.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter; however, resolution is subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.
Tokyo Pet Style cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Restricted Products and Destinations
Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific countries or regions due to import regulations, carrier restrictions, or legal requirements.
Tokyo Pet Style reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be legally shipped.
Force Majeure
Tokyo Pet Style shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Labor disputes
