Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Please note that pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns are only accepted for defective products.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective products.

Refunds are only issued for approved returns of defective products.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
